The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were of great standard, very clean, and comfortable, making it one of the best DoubleTrees I've stayed in. The service was top-notch, with polite and professional staff, although there was one incident where a member of staff yelled at me in front of others. The location, though a bit far from the city center, still had its charm with excellent leisure facilities. The dining experience was pleasant, although not outstanding. Overall, a good value for a 4-star hotel.

My stay was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were great, with a comfortable bed and excellent air quality, perfect for my diamond status. However, there was an issue with the heating system that made the first night sleepless due to extreme cold temperatures. The location, although outside the city center, was ideal for relaxing after exploring beautiful Krakow.
